CHANGE MMS LIMIT
Hklm/software/arcsoft/arcsoftmmsUA/Config/mm1/mmscsetting/samplmmsc
change wap1senddefault to 2048000 and wap2senddef to 2048000
then.

works for me.. i can send up to 2mb
