It seems, to me, like certain actions (closing an app, minimizing an app, an app starts running a background process) can make the action like tapping the taskbar.
Know what I mean?
-Mail or some sort of sync seems to cue that for me too. Do you have anything that syncs or runs on interval? or is it random?
