Make sure you're not running TWO copies of ftouchflo, I believe you just need to install the cube cab. Check \Windows\Startup and see if you have more then one .lnk that refers to flo in some form or other....

I'm running on an older WM6 kitchen build, but I can't imagine it would make that much of a difference. Performance has been very good for me.
