Some may disagree with me, but I wanna say this....
If you don't have the $7 insurance/total equipment protection, you shouldn't
expect to get a TP2 replacement, nor should you be
harassing Sprint employees about getting one (I wouldn't even do that even though I do have total equip protection). We all bought a TP1 and had 30 days to decide whether or not we liked it. Within that time you could've switched the phone for a different model. After that time period, it's only their obligation to replace the phone or switch it (as long ad you're in warranty or have TEP) with whatever choice they offer you .
