if sprint sent you the phone, don't pick it up or send it back if coming to you.
call asurion and file a claim with them. they will tell you that you have to fax in some papers and your drivers lic. do that...call them back the next day and say you are returning the supervisor's call regarding the selection of phones they offered you the other day and you have made your decision. if they ask what you were offered tell them: the snap, palm pro, htc touch pro 2 and the black berry curve...you then say you have chosen the tp2. you can try this with the rep, but i had to speak with a supervisor to get it done. it will work if you do it right..make sure you sound angry too, but not real mad..mention that you have had 3 tp1's up til now and it is just a defective phone..keyboard issues, over heating, etc...also tell them you have been on this call for about 50 mins now and transfered to 4 people so far..just want to finish the claim and get your tp2 that you were offered.
