This is the 2nd time I've had serious issues with a TP, and the repair tech I spoke to didn't even really try to repair my phone after he looked at my account notes and looked at the device: instead, he just brought up the list and asked me to choose one.
I can't wait to get a phone that doesn't do these things. When my TP works properly, it's awesome.

Yeah, I really liked my TP1. It was a great phone... when it worked, lol.
The improvements on the TP2 are really nice; the interface is smoother, neat new features (like linking facebook profiles w/ contacts), larger screen, etc. It's a sweet phone, but I'm having issues with the Quick Menu and a few other minor things. Despite all that, it's still a nice phone. You'll enjoy it.
