I have no idea on the Cricket PRL or the MSL, because I am not sure what to do there.
As for the PST Settings, I *THINK* I have all of those set up correctly. I found a nice detailed thread about that..

EDIT: My MSL was already set as 000000, so that was good, but it appears that my issue was indeed the PRL. I put in the Cricket PRL for my plan and area, and seems to be good. Thanks for the help!
