I've been following this thread and been calling Sprint, assurion, and local stores and also visiting the stores. I almost had my hand on a TP2 but I had to go into a store to 'verify no liquid damage' -__- when I called back all of a sudden the list is deteriorating!
I called and called, trying each of the stories you guys put in....unfortunately no one gives in. I tried demanding and also being nice lol still nothing. Guess I'm just the unlucky guy in Florida (anyone here had success in FL?)
anyways as a question to whoever, do we have to wait until TP1s are OOS and TP2s are in before we get those options or is it just the fact that they hate me? haha.

are you talking to the supervisors or the CS? try the weekend story with the CS as they are more gullible as suppose to the supers. it only took me 2mins to have the CS process my order.
