Navigate to \Windows\StartUp and make sure you don't have any shortcuts to Parlingo listed in there, if so delete it.
I've tried Nimbuzz and a few other programs but so far I'm content with Parlingo. Just wish Google would release an official WinMo GoogleTalk version since they already cater to their own Android platform, BlackBerry and iPhone
