Run that, then go to Start > Settings > System > Update Profile and let it run. It should fix your problem. GL
NOTE: Do not run update PRL yet, wait until after you get your data connection. Update PRL will download an update and then reset your radio. It uses your current data connection so if it is damaged it could pull a bad file and the results could be bad. |

Ran the update, it said, no update was available
Sigh.. read something that the acct can get locked out, I'll turn the phone off for an hour and try again
