Looks like the IE problem is only a problem with my files, sorry. I am trying to identify what happened and I will have them updated shortly.

Update: I think I found the issue. Stay tuned.

UPDATE 2: Issue found. The mshtml.dll file was stuck halfway through being recmodded, causing it to be skipped entirely. My bad. I am going to be updating the original PPCKitchen post here with instruction on manually fixing the common files you may have already downloaded. Check it in about 5 mins from now, while I upload and verify.
