I am keeping mine. Worst case, they try and hit me for $300 so I will then send it in. But I really don't know how they can unless they bill your sprint account. The supervisor told me that they no longer do that and do not have access to that. Who knows if it is true or not, we lie, they lie..it's just a big game..I am keeping it and will send it back if i start sending threats only
