OK, sprint is crediting me for my deductable.
However, Asurion wants to keep me in TP. Asked for supervisor. She said as a courtesy, they would offer me Treo Pro, Curve, Snap, but NO TP2.
Went through each model, not really comparable, etc. etc.
Don't want to stay in TP because of all the problems I've had, etc. etc.
She wouldn't budge. Said no way I was getting a TP2 from them.
Going to call back and try again, but anyone have any other suggestions? I'm normally pretty persuasive, but I really hit a stone wall with the sup I spoke to.
