Finally I was able to get a replacement tp2 after speaking with a sup, although I had to change my story and admit that I broke the keyboard. What a joke. Anyways they told me I had to return the defective tp1 or else get charged $300. What if I end up losing the tp1 and re-report it as lost instead of damaged? Do I still get a charge?
