This does not work on my Apache for some reason. I created the DCIM\100MEDIA under my storage card, but when i load HTC album, nothing showsup.

The other way I found to work was by adding a Underscore to My pictures. It looks Like this after editing it: _My Pictures
you edit you My pictures located in the Rom, and it can see \storage card\My documents\my pictures without any issue.
