Good news guys good news!!! Just got off the phone, and I am getting the TP2 tomorrow (free express delivery).

I simply called them told them that over the weekend (didnt actually call this time...) I was offered the BB Curve, HTC Snap, Treo Pro, HTC Hero, and HTC TP2 and that I wanted to look them over and call back. I called back on Sunday and this is when they said the TP was back in stock, I told them that I didnt want another TP and woudl call Sprint and see if they could help.

Called this mourning and did not mention the Hero as I think this is what got me in trouble to begin with. Just said I needed to talk to a supervisor. Supervisor got on phone told her I got confilicting replacement phones and she offered me the TP2 with free express shipping, so easy. Didnt have to argue or plead....

Now to look over my ROM options for the TP2... thanks for the help guys and hopefully this helps someone else.
