The easiest way that I've found to update my PRL is that everytime I flash a custom ROM I flash back to a stock ROM first before flashing the custom ROM. After the first successful boot and soft reset on the stock ROM I hard reset and then after the cycle is run again I go in to settings and hit the update PRL app button and it always gives me the current one available. I'm on the 60655 one now. After the PRL update I flash the custom ROM and have the current PRL. However, flashing to a stock ROM always seems to have the PRL convert to a lower PRL which is why I replicate the process each time.
