If I were you, I wouldnt mention the Hero as that sounds like you are trying to take advantage of them. Also, dont call with the mentality that they should honor you with a new TP2 or Hero. Just be cool with the rep and Supervisor. Also a nice thing is to sort of laugh and be respectful. Tell them that you really dont want to pay $100 for a problematic TP and if instead he can get you a TP2 as a replacement as it is very similar device just without many of the Touch Pro problems. Im telling you bro and others with the same problem, be cool but repectful at the same time. The reps are the ones who are more of a pain, just ask for a supervisor nicely.
