Going to give it another try in the mourning. Going to insist that they honor the TP2 or Hero (speaking of which anyone actually get the hero?). Going to just move up the ranks until I get it. Wish me luck.
Also, anyone else that contacts Asurion if you can update us on weather they have the old TP in stock still etc.
