ok folks check this out i called up advanced tech support and spoke to a rep who told me that the wel program will replace even for the touch pro2 wich is obviously not true i inssisted she notate that for my future reference then called retentions and told them i had gone in store as i had and had not been offered the tp2 wich they didnt even after showing the memo! so.... he put me through to the manager who ordered a brand new tp2 from sales billed my account 631.99 and credited it back, now for the best part SALES DONT GET RETURNS WHEN YOU PURCHASE A PHONE!!!! so i still have a touch pro and i got my brand new lovely tp2!!!... awesome!...
