Damn that sucks man. If I wouldnt of called Saturday morning and gotten a supervisor, I might have been out of luck. Call tomorrow and see what they say again. If not, ask for the SUPERVISOR SUPERVISOR SUPERVISOR. Ask the Supervisor if he can make an exception and send you a TP2 as your Touch Pro has given way to many problems. Thats my only idea I can give you.
