Well, this has been an issue for a while and I had looked all over to see WHAT to do to get high quality backgrounds on the home screen... I didn't like cabbing my wallpapers to get them looking nice and all. Well, I don't know if someone has already discovered this (Probably have), but if you set the crop your wallpapers to 480x512, they come out nice and crisp. When ever TF3D has to resize the image, if doesn't like it. 480x512 is the visible area on TF3D on a VGA display. Hope it works for others!
