@patrick78 - yea...you just need to flash the shipped rom, like hibby said. here's a link http://www.htc.com/us/SupportDownloa...at=2&dl_id=683

in the future, whenever you have to return a phone, and you've unlocked it and flashed roms or radios, then all you do is flash the shipped rom then relock it. that's it.
