I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend the following program:
xmlContactsBackup v1.0
http://www.freewareppc.com/database/...tsbackup.shtml

1. Install program on Mogul then Backup Contacts
2. Copy all the created XML contacts from Mogul to Touch
3. Install program on Touch then use the Restore option pointing to location of the xml contacts.
