Licensing server? What the hell is that all about? I hope there's nothing to this. I'm no lawyer, but this sounds highly illegal to me, and in the area that MS loves to pounce on people who do it. . Up till now HTC, MS, and carriers have been somewhat tolerant of unlocking and ROM flashing....somewhat. IF someone was to start charging a fee to provide an unlocker you can bet the legal types from HTC, MS, and so on will be all over them in the blink of an eye, then there goes all the ROM flashing. Wow, this would be a humongous screw up. The people doing it would be sued like crazy. This is in no way anything like unlocking a phone to use on another network. This making money off people such Microsoft who really dislike people stealing there software or providing and avenue to do it.
