Just got my TP2 ordered as well.
Went to www.phoneclaim.com first to start my claim and offered me the Blackberry Curve, it asked to accept or deny it, once I denied it, it directed me to call asurion. Talked to the rep and she offered me blackberrys and the Treo pro. I told her nicely that those are not anywhere near comparable to the tp and I spent that much for the design and not having the keyboard on front as I accidentally pressed buttons while in my pocket. She apologized and told me that was all she was able to do. I kindly asked her if there was anyone else I could talk to offer me a real comparable phone, she then transferred me to her supervisor who was really nice and asked me why I didn't want the phones, he then put me on hold and then offered me the blackberry tour or the TP2. TP2 should be here on Tuesday. Claim was for a broken screen I legitimately accidentally broke getting out of my car.
