discussed the concerns that prompted you to contact us at
Dan@Sprint.com. I contacted our corporate stores regarding our repair
and replacement phone policy. The type of replacement phone that you
will receive is dependent upon the inventory of the store. The
available replacement phones for the HTC Touch Pro are the Treo Pro, HTC
Snap and Blackberry that you previously listed. However, if the store
does not have any in stock and are not able to order any another
possible option they may offer is the HTC Touch Pro 2. I understand
that you have contacted Customer Care regarding your concern. If your
phone is replaced over the phone with our Advanced Exchange department
then it would be replaced with the same model phone. Please keep in
mind Customer Care does not have access to the store’s inventory for
more accurate information regarding phone replacements it would be best
