I notice with alot of people that have had it done on the first try they have had a history of broken TPs and whatnot, not people in for the first or second time because they don't like their phone or think it gets hot. If you have real problems, it honestly shouldn't be this difficult and you shouldn't feel bad to speak to a supervisor (though you shouldn't have to) if you have legit problems.

Honestly though, I find it funnier that people are calling the TP a POS (especially those who don't even have a broken one but complain about programs freezing or something else that happens on all WM phone) but are demanding another one with a bigger screen and no flash. Ironic?
Well it depends what rep you get. So far as I have said, they have not told me I can gt a Touch Pro 2 as it is OOS. They will first tell you you can get the Treo Pro. Plus, I dont know how some of you are getting the Touch Pro replace for KB issues. Last time I was having KB problems, they sent me to a Sprint Repair Store. My legimate problem is Water Damage. I guess that Chlorine from the pool is messing with it lol.
