HA HA, SUCCESS!!!
OK here's what I did guys.
First: I found a fix for the Bluetooth stack for WM6 that'll allow the Touch Pro to link up, it can be found here:

Second: Install onto you phone to perform a soft reset
Third: ReSync you TomTom to you Touch Pro (or I would think any WM6 deviece) and let it finish.
Fouth: Select YES to set up data services fillin these options
Country: USA
Carrier: Other
Everything But Number leave blank, for the number: #777
If it asks for Auto or manual: Auto.
