Last part of my story
I called Asurion yesterday and they put me on a back order hold... the lady who helped me said that she would put that if a TP or a TP2 comes in it will be sent to me... I was very grateful, shoot I just want at TP to replace my broken one, not expecting a free upgrade.
Today, I received and email from Asurion indicating that a phone is on it's way... that's fast!! I called Asurion to find out what phone they sent me as a replacement... it's a Touch Pro!!! I'm very happy because I thought I was going to have to give in to an inferior phone like the Blackberry BOOO!!!!
Wonder if I'll get it tomorrow (Saturday) or if I'll have to wait until monday, either way, I'm happy!
