well a couple days agao i had my tp in my pocket all day and it looked like it had moisture under the screen, it was acting funny and then yesterday the touch screen died. checked the watter damage stickers and they are pink. I'm a little upset this phone gets water damage from being in your pocket (im military and was indoors in uniform all day long, i did not get wet.). im leaving on a trip today so i needed a phone for roadside emergency (travelling with wife and baby. my son kicked my wifes phone in a bowl of milk 3 days ago lol).
So i went on phoneclaim.com (asurions site) and they tried to offer me a blackberry, i denied and it told me to call. so i called and they offered me tour, snap, treo 850. i said no cuz none of those are even comparable. i asked about new tp2 that replaced my phone and she tried and said she couldnt. She then put me on the phone with supervisor who was happy to give me the tp2 and bill it to my sprint account. it will be arriving in VA before i even touch down there tommorow
