The $100 deductible only applies if there has been any damage to the phone. As far as I know that's the only time Sprint should even refer you to Asurion. I would hold off and wait to see what kind of condition the next TP is in. If something on that fails, then per Sprint's own policy (I believe it's 3 replacements in 2 months), they should offer the option of a different phone or another refurb TP. Although, per a memo that was mentioned in another thread, they should have offered you that on your first service. Just make sure you do it all in store instead of calling CS.
