It seems you are not alone here. Multiple reports over at XDA regarding this, all on different devices. It is only affecting Exchange Active Sync users. So, it is not an issue with mattsm's rom but with 23075 in general. No fix has been found as of yet. If one is found, I am sure mattsm will be updating his rom. So for now, just hang tight, or go back to 23069.
