Not just sound and notification. Every where that you see that type of categories at the type, I'm missing those. I only see arrows, but no words. They are just blank and white hahahahah. And for that matter, when I am in contacts, I am missing the two softkeys. Where the softkeys should be, they are just black, but when I press them there are menus that pop up.
Don't know if it's just a bad flash or glitches in the Rom.
