Sprint's own memo says that representatives should actively try to move TP owners to another phone model if they need to be replaced. Sprint wants them out of circulation period. Mine should be coming in tomorrow. Charged to my account, no paperwork required. Glad I called last night as soon as I saw this thread. I actually was able to get a CSR to credit my account for most of the deductible. I got a failing refurb, needed to place an order for a replacement right away, but was away on business nowhere near a Sprint store. Sprint is awesome.


So what did you say to get a credit for your deductible, cause I don't feel like paying the full 100??
