Here is the fix for the hardware buttons....you will need to install this cab



Then run it..you will find it in the systems folder in the start menu....then youre going to hit menu...and hit add key.....you will then need to open the keyboard and hit the txt key.....then scroll down to action I think its called and pick the option to run program...and in the program box....type in:\windows\txt.lnk
and then do the same thing for the envelope button on your keyboard which is your email...but instead of txt.lnk your going to type in \windows\messaging.lnk
Then hit update and it should work out for you. No need to soft reset.
