Actually I am clearly informed to the laws in Arizona, I'm still POST certified from my time with the Tucson Police Dept. I've dealt with similar issues with stolen merchandise, and if you are now the legal owner of the device because you were deceived, in the state of Arizona, you are entitled to retain the property you purchased, but thanks for playing.
