Adrianh85 - Thanks for your post and thread instructions. I just called VZW Global Services and after checking to see if my account qualified, they gave me the unlock code for my SIM. Popped in my Italian Telecom SIM card and it works great (even though i'm roaming with it in the US).

I will note that the tech did not have the right Menu Paths to get to the unlock screen, i had to "find it" while i was on the phone with him.
