I have been trying to use the online advanced exchange to exchange my Touch Pro. every time I try it I get one of two messages. The first one is:

The message I have got the past few days is:

Has anyone else had this problem? Could this be because they are out of Touch Pros?
I am on my second Touch Pro right now and although it would be nice to get a Touch Pro 2 I would be happy with a working Touch Pro. The one I have now worked good for a few months but has been going downhill ever since. The problems I am having now are call/data issues, charging problems, chipped chrome (not very important but was chipped out of the box and has got worse since. I would like to use the advanced exchange because I am a hour away from the nearest Sprint store.
