Don't waist your time emailing them. Call them, and whatever you do, don't take no or any other sub-par phone for replacement. If the CSR for Asurion tells you "Well sir all I can do is offer a comparable TP1" tell them you want to escalate the call to their manager, and if that one gives you a hard time, escalate it above that manager. Like I said it took me getting to a tier 3 manager to get my phone replaced.
