It ticks me off that there is no consistincey from one store to another or one rep to another. I shouldn't have to feel like I'm doing something wrong either. These phones have been problematic for most people and yet there is nothing anyone can do. When I heard about sprint replacing the TP1 with a TP2, I thought well that might solve my problems. However, I can't find the right store or the right rep. How can it be that some reps can do it and some can not?
