Yes, and that's because sprint isn't techinically allowed to sell us the phone for 199.99(The computer will not let them input it in such a manner). What they wind up doing is charging the higher price, then crediting the difference to your account, and this is exactly what happened with the 424 going to 214.
Just more proof Sprint's aware of this, doing nothing about it, and thus
manually allowing customers to take advantage of this deal.
