But the 23071 keeps rebooting over and over after the Touch Pro screen for me. Downloaded 2 times now. (3 including yesterday d/ling the oct.19th posted version.)

You may have downloaded the same one I did......it is the 01.28 build.....trash that one. Use the 01.05 build....loaded fine on mine but is missing some of the eye candy that the 23016 has. But I do like the buttons on the bottom.
