Thanks for the clarification, that makes sense since I was seeing them in the TP2 section but not TP and it was eating me up.
For what it's worth, I did find this thread with cab files that it appears allow you to add weather to home tab: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=66905
