However, if a new phone is required, the manufacturer will replace it as your PCS Phone is covered under the one-year manufacturer's warranty and battery is covered under it. So, I personally recommend you to visit a Sprint Store near your current location.

I also noticed that you have Total Equipment Protection plan active on your account. So you can also get the handset replaced under the Insurance Program also. For this please contact Asurion at (800) 584-3666. However the handset can be replaced with the same model which you posses currently.
