To find the Handheld Software version:

From the Today screen, press ?Start?.
Select ?Settings?.
Select the ?System? tab.
Select the ?Device Information? icon.
Check the ROM version. If your device software version is not 2.26.10.2, then please download the most recent software version and upgrade instructions.
