basically the way it works is that the phone will load the web page you choose at what ever interval you choose. like if you choose every 30 minutes it will load the webpage every 30 minutes so that when you go to that page it will load the version from the last time it was loaded. I am not sure if there is a way to get it to work though on the Imagio, although I am kinda glad with the memory leak already.
