Quick question for all those who were successful in receiving a TP2 - does Asurion still let you bill the deductible to your account or did they stop letting us do that?

i did it today in the morning and the rep asked me if i wanted to pay with card or to get it billed to my account, and i get it billed to my account.
but i havent get a confirmation by email, i did it like at 9 am, should i call or just keep waiting?
