I use a program called Wunder Radio. It is the best streaming program out there to my knowledge. Where ever you grew up or live, just go the that country, state, city and you will see many local stations. Even some HD ones as well. Go to
http://www.wunderradio.com/ They currently only have a version for iPhone and Windows, but also developing for Blackberry. I hope they get one for Android soon. BTW, the graphics suck on this program but you get alot of choices with the menus.
