I just got off the phone with Asurion Tech Support (Supervisor).
Basically I had a Touch Pro replaced by them back in July, and I can't file any more claims this year. The screen on my touch pro is screwed up, and they were going to replace it with another Touch Pro for free under their warranty. I said that this would not work for me, and I wanted a comperable device. I was given the list of usual BS lesser devices. Eventually they got me to tech support supervisor who said he would authorize the replacement but that it is not their usual policy to do so!

However, he did say it was on backorder, so it's going to take me 5 business days to get it. WIN!
